Quality Academy - Walter Junger & Friends, Ltd.

Walter Junger & Friends, Ltd. created a Quality Academy to address a pressing need for further education and training possibilities in the field of Quality Management, apart from ISO and TUV standards and certifications. In July 2008, the seminar “Service Excellence based on Total Quality Management principles” was introduced. A goal of the academy is to equip seminar participants with tools for systematic and continuous quality improvements within all areas of their organization, defining the role of employees and improving service quality, thereby developing a competitive advantage and long-term market success. The “Nine Modules” created by Walter Junger & Friends, Ltd. form the basis of the quality seminars.

Participants benefit by learning from practical examples based on daily work life in addition to theoretical content. Therefore, the seminars always incorporate experts from different industries who share their diverse experiences with Quality Management in lectures and discussion forums.
