Dragon Boat Cup Wolfsburg Wolfsburg, Germany In the automotive city of Wolfsburg, 2,000 sport enthusiasts and 25,000 spectators turned up for the inaugural launch of this exciting festival. In the 5th year, this event attracted over 35,000 spectators per day and was listed in the Guinness Book of Records as the largest Dragon Boat Festival in Europe. August 2001

The Vienna Opera Ball Singapore, Shanghai, Wolfsburg, Berlin Funds raised from these charity events totalling over 500,000 euros were used to support deaf children in Singapore and the establishment of a school in Ethiopia by the Karl Heinz “Menschen für Menschen” foundation.
