Imke Eilers, Managing Director, Restaurant No Kangaroo, BerlinSince October 2011, Imke Eilers is the new managing director of the No Kangaroo restaurant in Berlin.
Having started with various practical courses in the hospitality industry as well as apprenticeships in various hotels, Imke was able to deepen her knowledge and skills by graduating with a degree in International Business Administration. She combined her study program with a semester abroad in Brisbane, Australia; thereafter, continuing a six week apprenticeship at Walter Junger & Friends, Ltd.
